La Cave is a natural wine bar and bottle shop located below The Hoxton, Holborn. First launched as an incubator kitchen, and now home to Four Corners Detroit-style pizza slice and pie shop. The place you go for ‘one drink’ and end up staying the whole night.
Andrei Soen, the mastermind behind Park Bench Deli, creates AMPED up sandwiches and snacks taking inspiration from New York deli culture, using only the best produce on offer: homemade 21-day pastrami with brisket from Swaledale butchers, and artisan bakes from Miller’s bakery.
Chet’s takes inspiration from classic Americana dishes whilst combining this with the fragrant flavours and textures of food from Thailand and the surrounding regions in collaboration with Chef Kris Yenbamroong, founder of the hit LA Thai spot, NIGHT + MARKET.
Cantina Valentina serves up food inspired by Peruvian flavours and ingredients served across the country, from the cosmopolitan coastal city of Lima to the historic villages around Cusco with a menu from chef Adam Rawson, which draws upon his experience at Pachamama and extensive travels around Peru.
Four Corners champions Detroit-style square pizza. The menu is the result of Anthony’s vast experience as a pizza chef, including working globally for the last four years and developing pan-style pizzas for his cookbook, Pizza Czar.
