About: Azienda Agricola COS was founded in 1980 by three friends: Giambattista Cilia, Cirino Strange and Giusto Occhipinti. The acronym of their surnames (Cilia-Occhipinti-Strange) gives rise to the company's name.

A mouth-watering red, with a beautiful aromas and flavours including star anise, cherry, bergamot, rose petal and smoky incense. The palate is elegant with fine tannins lending grip on the lasting finish.
