'Le Mont Benoit' by Emmanuel Brochet (NV), an equal blend Champagne of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay that feels vivid and vibrant. Intensely expressive of its terroir thanks to a briny, oyster-like salivation and rich texture.
'Argile Blanc' by Domaine des Ardoisieres (2020), a blend of Jacquère, Chardonnay, and Mondeuse Blanche from Savoie with smoky notes, ripe lemon fruit, and an intense mineral character.
'Himmel Auf Erden Weiss' by Christian Tschida (2020), an Austrian blend of Muscat and Scheurebe with notes of exotic spice and sultana aromas from the Muscat at first with fresher citrus and stone fruit underneath.
'Dope' by Claus Preisinger (2020), an Austrian Blaufränkisch brimming with notes of raspberries, low in tannins and acidity with a hint of effervescence and a bit of funk.
