About: The grapes were destemmed and pressed then fermented on their natural yeasts in steel tank for 2 weeks. The wine was re-fermented in bottle by using must from late harvest grapes giving this petnat a funky, toasty, aromatic taste and the perfect balance of fruit and yeasty complexity with light bubbles.
